Extended Healthcare Plans
Many extended health benefit plans (e.g. Blue Cross, Sunlife, ManuLife, Great West Life, etc.) will reimburse you for the services of a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). Mima is certified as an RCC (#10523). Check your plan's details to see if you're covered by a registered or clinical counsellor. If your plan covers you for counselling or psychotherapy services, you will pay Mima for the cost of the session in full, and then submit your receipt to your extended health care provider for reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
Mima requires 48 hour notice for cancellations. Mima is committed to providing every client with exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another client from being seen. For this reason, the full fee of the session is charged for missed appointments or late cancellations. If you are running late, please contact Mima via email or text as soon as possible. After 15 minutes past the start time it will be assumed that it is a missed session.
